Dear Donna

My sister-in-law has a blog for me, called Dear Dee. So this post is for her. (By the way, she is one of my favorite people. LOADS of fun and laughs but really loyal and loving.)

Dynamite Donna,

Ben would like your recipe for the bread you made today! He wants to eat a loaf by himself. No sharing with little mouths.

Thanks
Dee

Thanks for the kind words Dee. Made me smile. The recipe is pretty easy. Just a french bread baquette cut into slices. Put olive oil on each slice and broil on low for a few mins but not so it's totally crisp. Take it out and sprinkle each slice with gorgonzola cheese and put it back in to broil until it's crisp or until the cheese melts a little. Then take it out again and drizzle a little honey on each slice. I'm glad Ben liked it. It's one of our favorites too. :o)
