Eating Out

I am always looking around online for new gluten free recipes, hints, restuarants, blogs, etc.. Today I stumbled on a blog that reviews places to eat in Portland! WOOHOO! Glutenfreeportlandoregon.org It has got me excited again about the thought of going out to eat. I have pretty much decided I will just be ordering drinks from now on at any restaurant. Even ordering salads has got me feeling sick. This is disheartening for a girl who loves to go out and loves food. However, I need to get more serious about taking care of this temple God gave me. But maybe once in awhile I will be able to stop by a real gluten free restuarant or bakery like New Cascadia Traditional. This place looks so good and they ONLY make gluten free baked goods. No chance of cross contamination.

I'm wondering if you ever tried the cookies, and if you liked them better than before. I just made some last night and they are haunting me in my cupboard. I'm glad they are "for nathan".

I saw a recipe for peanut butter cookies that is 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar and 1 egg. That's all, no flour or anything. Can you have that? It said just to mix them up and bake them I think for 10 min at 350. Are you feeling a lot different now that you're eating this way?
