Day 1 arrival

Flight was long and went as well as possible. None of us slept. Just too much going on and Alicia and I both had the people in front of us recline their seats. This makes a cramped area even more cramped and not easy to sleep in. About five hours into the flight they asked if there was anyone with medical training onboard. Not sure what the problem was but they were with the patient quite awile.  There were people discussing if we were far enough along on our route not to turn around. We never did turn around.  But off and on there would be a crowd around the person and I saw barf bags taken away and medical bags out but they never alerted us or changed our route. When we arrived they had us wait while paramedics boarded. The flight was long but we arrived faster then planned. We got our bags and found the driver I booked to take us to our flat. We are so tired but know we need to stay awake until bedtime, an early bedtime. At 4:30 we have waited as long as we could without all falling asleep and head to Mumbai Delights for dinner. It's all REALLY tasty and we have leftovers.
(Tree we found on the walk back to the flat from dinner.)
It's now 6:20 pm and we are all in bed trying to find things to do to stay awake as long as we can. Tomorrow the real fun starts! ***************** Lesson learned: I am always cold on a plane so I wore a Cardigan and brought fuzzy socks. Not enough.  I wish I had brought a snow cap, gloves and a scarf. Seriously!
